Parenting Support & Coaching
For parents of highly sensitive, deeply feeling, strong willed kids
Welcome!
Many parents come to me stressed out, catastrophising about their child’s BIG feelings or behaviours, often walking on eggshells so not to stir anything up.
They’ve been following all the parenting experts, spending their free time consulting friends, family & Google for answers, they’ve even bought a couple of books. They get to a point where they feel they’ve tried everything and are now likely using the ‘throwing spaghetti at the wall’ approach - just desperately hoping that something sticks.
Can you relate?
If, like most of the parents I work with, you have a child with a more sensitive nervous system (including those who are neurodiverse), ‘typical’ parenting strategies just won’t work. At least not for any length of time.
Even great strategies can fail when you don’t know exactly what the root causes are, why you’re using them and how to tweak them so that they are ‘just right’ for your child.
I know this, because I am Highly Sensitive and have had to do a lot of reparenting of myself to recover from physical and emotional illness’. Challenges that, i’m certain, could have been avoided if only I and my parents had had the right information & tools at the time.
I’ve spent over 15 years healing, training and supporting myself and families just like yours, to move from surviving to thriving!
I’d love to help you too.

that I see when Highly Sensitive Children are struggling.
“This process has completely changed him & us!
We have such a wonderful boy who we now celebrate for his sensitive side…he is doing so amazingly well and is confident and resilient now, alongside being sensitive and caring. ”

“For a small investment, which we will now be making on an ongoing basis, we have a safe space to work through any emotional issues that may arise. With a modern world offering so many unpleasant booby traps for our kid’s emotional well-being it’s hugely reassuring to know we have a place to go to help us navigate any future choppy seas. ”
